Gregory M. Ebbeling, CPA
Greg is a co-founder of the firm, and has worked in both public and private accounting
positions since 1987 when he began his professional career with PriceWaterhouse
in Boston, where he worked for three years. After spending the next four years in
private accounting, Greg resumed his public accounting career when he joined Carlin,
Charron & Rosen, LLP as a tax manager.
Greg left Carlin, Charron & Rosen in June, 2004 to form the firm. His work experience
is primarily in the field of taxation. Greg’s areas of expertise include assisting
a variety of clients ranging in size from small, closely-held businesses and their
owners to large, multi-state enterprises.
Greg is a graduate of Calvin College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree
in business economics in May, 1982. He is also a graduate of the University of Michigan
Graduate School of Business Administration, where he received an MBA with a concentration
in accounting in May, 1987. He is a certified public accountant and a member of
both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts
Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has been actively involved in a number
of civic and charitable organizations in his hometown of Northbridge, MA. Greg served
two terms as a member of the Town of Northbridge Finance Committee, and has served
on the board of his church in various leadership positions.
